SELLES-OCCASIONS.COM is a website that offers used saddles of different brands.
1. Trial conditions
It is possible to try the saddles only in France.
Payment : it can take the form of a deposit check, a payment by Paypal or credit card or bank transfer (bank details will be indicated if you choose this option). The deposit check is not cashed until the trial period is over and the customer has indicated to the sales department his wish to keep the saddle.
2. Terms of sale
Price of used saddles
The prices of used saddles are net of VAT and are indicated without postage on the site. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. A quotation will bill sent to you for the shipping costs if you wish to buy a saddle.

Payment
The payment of the saddle and the shipping has to be made before shipment. You can pay by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.
At receipt of the payment, the saddle will be sent to you. You will receive a copy of the invoice by email.
This will be used as a guarantee voucher (see paragraph 3).
Property of the saddle
The saddle remains the property of Antares Distribution until its full payment by the customer.
Transport and responsibility
The carrier used will depend on the country of delivery.
Antarès Distribution is responsible for the saddle until delivery. However, in the case of damages during transport, the customer must make reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and inform Antares Distribution within 24 hours.
Privacy policy
Personal and banking information are strictly confidential when purchasing. They will only be used as part of the purchase of the used saddle.
3. Garantees on used saddles
All our saddles, before their sale on our site, have been fully checked in our workshop.
When for sale on the website selles-occasions.com, here are the guarantees for the different saddles:
- Antares, Altair, Spooner, and Signature: from 1 to 5 years for the tree and from 6 months to 1 year on the leathers
- Butet, Delgrange, Childeric, Devoucoux: 6 months on the leathers
- Other brands: no warranty
The warranty includes : the tree if not broken further to a fall or an accident, the unusual wear of the leather (cutting of the leather).
The warranty does not include : poor maintenance, accidents to persons or animals.
